Skip the big-box hassle. Rent the same pro-grade equipment we use on our own job sites — from mini track loaders to large-format tile saws — with pickup at our Kitsap County location or local delivery. Straight-up pricing, no membership fees.
All of our rental equipment is contractor-grade and job-site tested. Pick it up at our Kitsap County location, or ask about local delivery. All prices below are per unit — a few items have multiple units available for larger jobs.

Compact tracked skid steer that fits through a standard 36" gate. Perfect for backyard grading, hauling gravel and mulch, digging holes, and moving material in tight spaces where a full-size machine won't reach.

Heavy demolition breaker for busting up concrete slabs, driveways, patios, asphalt, brick, and stone. Bit included. Uses standard shop power — no compressor needed.
Rotary hammer drill for drilling anchor holes into concrete, masonry, brick, and stone. Ideal for setting concrete anchors, tapcons, rebar dowels, or running conduit through block walls.
Portable tabletop wet tile saw for ceramic, porcelain, and stone tile up to standard sizes. Perfect for bathroom floors, backsplashes, small kitchen jobs, and DIY tile projects.

Handles today's oversized porcelain and stone tile — up to 48 inches. If you're doing modern large-format shower walls, floor-to-ceiling tile, or big kitchen backsplashes, this is the machine you need instead of chewing through blades on a smaller saw.

Gas-powered post-hole digger for fence posts, deck footings, sign posts, or planting trees. One-person or two-person operation depending on soil. Way faster than digging by hand — a full fence run in hours instead of a whole weekend.

Gas-powered vibrating plate for compacting soil, sand, gravel, and crushed rock base. Essential for paver patios, walkway prep, driveway base, and any project where a solid, level foundation matters.

Contractor-grade pressure washer for cleaning driveways, siding, decks, patios, fences, and equipment. Blast away years of grime, moss, and mildew before staining a deck or repainting siding.

Gas-powered post driver for setting metal T-posts into the ground fast. For chain link, field fencing, wire mesh, garden fencing, or livestock/pet enclosures. Fraction of the time and effort of manual driving — no digging, no concrete required.

Airless paint sprayer sized for residential interior and exterior projects. Sprays straight from a 1 or 5-gallon paint bucket — no thinning needed for most latex paints. Great for one to two rooms, a fence, or a small exterior.

Bigger brother to the X7 — heavier-duty pump, larger tip capacity, and longer hose. Handles thicker paints and bigger jobs like whole-house exteriors, multiple rooms in a day, or fence lines you want done fast.
Call, text, or fill out the form below to lock in your equipment. Let us know when you need it and how long — we'll confirm availability same day.
Grab it at our Kitsap County location or ask about local delivery for larger items. Bring a valid driver's license and a credit card for the security hold.
Every item is job-site ready. We walk you through the basics, hand over the manual if needed, and answer questions before you leave.
Bring it back clean, fueled up (for gas units), by the return time on your ticket. We inspect it, release your hold, and you're done.
We're not here to bury you in legal small print. Here's exactly what you're signing up for when you rent from us — no surprises, no gotchas.

Yes — we offer local delivery in Kitsap County for a fee that varies by distance and equipment size. Call for a delivery quote. Some items (like the mini track loader) are much easier for us to deliver than for you to trailer yourself.
Late returns get billed at the next-tier rate. A late 4-hour rental rolls into a full daily; a late daily rolls into a 2-day rate, and so on. If you know you're going to run over, call us — we'll usually work with you if we don't have it committed to someone else.
Renter is responsible for damage or loss under our standard rental agreement. If you have homeowner's or contractor's insurance, that may cover you — check your policy. Some jobs (especially commercial) may require you to add us as an additional insured; ask when you reserve.
Stop using it and call us right away. If it's a mechanical failure not caused by misuse, we'll swap it out at no charge or refund your rental for the affected time. If it's damaged from misuse, that gets billed under the damage terms above.
Both. Anyone 18+ with a valid ID and credit card can rent. Most of our rental customers are DIY homeowners tackling a weekend project.
Yes. At pickup we walk through the basics of operation, safety, and shutdown. If you have detailed questions about how a machine performs on your specific project, ask when you reserve and we'll go deeper. We use this same equipment every day — we know what works.
Yes — a Friday afternoon to Monday morning rental typically counts as a weekend rate (roughly 1.5x daily). Call to confirm timing based on when you can pick up and drop off.
